Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

Confidential Information: Both parties acknowledge that in the course of the services provided, they may receive or become aware of confidential information pertaining to each other. This includes, but is not limited to, business practices, strategies, client information, and any proprietary data.
Obligation of Confidentiality: The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.
Use of Information: The Company will only use the Client's confidential information for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services and will take all reasonable steps to protect such information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Data Security: The Company will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Client's information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Client’s Responsibilities: The Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of the Company’s proprietary information and will not disclose any information about the Company’s operations, methods, or client relationships to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent.
Duration of Confidentiality: The obligations of confidentiality under this Disclaimer will remain in effect for the duration of the services and for a period of 10 years following the termination of the services.
Exceptions: Confidential information does not include information that (a) is or becomes public knowledge through no fault of the receiving party; (b) is obtained from a third party without breach of any obligation of confidentiality; or (c) is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the confidential information.
Governing Law: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec Canada.

By accepting services from Extermination Solution Extreme, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy and Confidentiality Disclaimer.
